JPMAC LLC was founded in January 2019 by Jake McKeown.
Jake started his career in call centers and has over 15 years of call center experience. He has started both inbound and outbound call centers from scratch. This included everything from workforce management, training design, training delivery, quality assurance, script design, IVR workflows, as well as employee hiring, motivation and termination. Jake has helped to move call centers across the United States and help move call centers to a work from home program.
